Partner Programs

QuickStart website_borderIn my experience, signing up new partners is the easy part. Driving new demand and revenue through the channel is the hard part. While at KeyedIn Solutions, one of my key initiatives was to develop their partner sales channel program from the ground up. This included outlining the partner options and revenue sharing models, developing recruitment campaigns and sales enablement programs. The latter included content for partner training and certification programs as well as a partner website (pictured on the right)  for easy access to localized training and product educational materials, referral registration and pipeline data, as well as sales enablement tools. Through this global partner acquisition initiative, we quickly curated hundreds of active partners from around the world.
