For me, great strategy results from a combination of psychology, researched data, and marketing savvy. I have always been fascinated with buying behavior and what motivates decision-making and have found the quickest path to growth is in establishing a deep connection to your customers. This is where the voice of the customer (VOC) and relationships matter. People want to buy from a trusted brand that not only understands their challenges but represents their values.

Successful strategies are also formed from a strong marketing foundation (as are the architectural marvels shown on this site). As a builder, I have worked with both startup/early-stage companies to elevate their brand(s) and build a scalable marketing infrastructure to manage growth. I have also helped larger, established organizations reinvent themselves for expansion.
